El pasado s\u00e1bado, a partir de las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana, el psic\u00f3logo Bruno Solari realiz\u00f3 el \u201cTaller de Mindfulness y manejo de emociones<\/strong>\u201d, enfocado en el v\u00ednculo entre el desarrollo emocional y cognitivo de los estudiantes, y la emocionalidad del adulto a cargo del proceso de ense\u00f1anza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El taller estuvo dirigido a Profesores, Orientadores, Psic\u00f3logos, Jefes de UTP, Directores de establecimientos educacionales o personas que ejerzan roles que interact\u00faen con estudiantes, sumado a los estudiantes de Psicolog\u00eda <\/a>de UNIACC, a los del estudiantes del Post\u00edtulo en Intervenci\u00f3n con J\u00f3venes y Adolescentes<\/a> y del Mag\u00edster en Intervenci\u00f3n con J\u00f3venes Y Adolescentes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al implementar mindfulness en la\neducaci\u00f3n escolar se han observado importantes beneficios, mejor\u00edas en las\nrelaciones interpersonales, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n el aumento en la concentraci\u00f3n y\natenci\u00f3n, mejorando considerablemente el desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico de los\nestudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aqu\u00ed los presentes, y quienes lo\nsiguieron v\u00eda streaming pudieron conocer temas de manejo de emociones, para trabajar\nel estado inicial que detona temas cr\u00edticos de bullying, suicidio o grooming,\nlos cuales tienen un denominador emocional en com\u00fan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
